TO EVERYTHING THERE IS A SEASON
Just a couple of short weeks after things started opening up, the difference is palpable. Have you noticed? Almost everywhere we go, people’s moods are brighter!
Freedom matters. Freedom to choose where to go and when, who to see and for how long. For this brief moment in time, we are suddenly realizing how much we value so many freedoms that we have taken for granted.
So we could create a post about GDP adjustments this week, or inflation predictions, or recent jobs numbers. Or we could also write about Rent to Own opportunities, or recent renovation experiences, or our fall strategies in a softening real estate market.
But we know that investors have been busy all spring with purchases/sales, spring inspections, and placing new tenants. Real estate investors have worked hard all throughout the pandemic.
Summer is short in Canada. We think the best investor advice we can offer this week is to get out and enjoy good weather, precious time with friends & family, and some delicious fresh food. Celebrate your returning freedoms! Replenish your depleted energy with fresh air and simple abundance.
To everything there is a season. We hope our friends and colleagues will indulge in a little time to heal, to enjoy the experiences you have missed, and to hug the people you love. All of this is also part of the journey to financial freedom.
