DEAR SANTA …
We have been very good real estate investors this year! Here is our Christmas wish list:
- Tenants that pay on time, and stay for years.
- Interest rates that stabilize, so we can plan for cashflow
- Insurance companies with reasonable requests, and small increases in their premiums.
- Banks that understand and support joint ventures.
- Governments that make permit applications simple and clear; bonus points if they can make approval decisions quickly.
- Appliances that last longer than their 2 year warranty.
- Weather events that do minimal damage this year.
- Trades people and repair people that finish on time and on budget – even if the budget is higher than 2019.
- Utility prices that stabilize, AND remain affordable.
- A little passive appreciation would be nice too.
Is that too much to ask?
Keeping it short, sweet, and idealistic this week! Just for a giggle and a dream.
